I'm ready to place an order. How do I go about doing that?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to make your purchase. If you prefer to pay via check or money order, please contact us first. Please note, however, that your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.

Also, if you pay via eCheck through PayPal, your order will be shipped once that has cleared.

I have a coupon. How do I use it?

Simply enter the coupon code at checkout in the Promotional Code box and watch your savings magically be applied! If you have issues with the code, contact us and we will assist you.

Do you offer gift certificates?

We sure do! Isn't that great? Check it out here.

What is your return policy?

Hopefully you'll enjoy everything you receive. That's how it has been in the past, so we're confident you'll love your order! If for some reason, however, you would like to return your piece(s), contact us for more info within 7 days of receiving your order. If you aren't satisfied with your jewelry I will gladly refund your money, minus the shipping costs. The item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition. It's best if you return the item via a trackable shipping method since On a Friday cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the hands of shippers.

I'm a boutique/cool shop/awesome indie store owner that would like to carry On a Friday. Do you wholesale?

Yes! Of course, On a Friday is a teeny-tiny operation {just me, really} so we aren't always able to accept each wholesale request. Contact us {by us, I mean me} for more info. Tell us about your fabulous shop.

About the jewelry:

All of the jewelry here at On a Friday is lovingly made of sterling silver, gold-fill, vermeil, semi-precious and precious stones and pearls. To prevent your jewelry from tarnishing {which is a natural occurance}, keeping it stored in a ziploc bag {perhaps the one you'll receive it in} or along with anti-tarnish pads/strips is a helpful idea. I love using my Sunshine Polishing Cloth. It's pretty amazing! You should be careful not to expose your stones or pearls to chemicals or liquid cleaners. LOVE your jewelry because it loves you.
