Ordering Info

Please note that because all pieces are handcrafted and are mostly made-to-order, larger orders may take a minimum of 2 weeks. To allow for the preparation of your special piece, please note that orders will generally be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Some items may require a longer lead time (such as custom or special orders). If your order requires additional time, we will contact you at your email address that you have provided.  Please allow at least 7 to 10 business days (excluding holidays) for the delivery of your package via the United States Postal Service.

All pieces of jewelry will arrive in a pouch wrapped in a box with a ribbon {check out some photos here}.

To Place an Order

You may place an order using our convenient online shopping cart. Select the items you would like to purchase and click the "add to cart" button for each item. The items will be added to your shopping cart.

You will be asked to choose a shipping method {which currently is just a USPS flat rate - see below}.

When you are finished shopping, simply click the "check out" and you will redirected to PayPal where you have the opportunity to pay with any major credit card.  If you prefer not to pay using PayPal, please note that we also accept money orders and personal checks.  However, please note that your order will not be shipped until your payment has cleared.  If you pay via eCheck through PayPal, your order will also be shipped once it has cleared.

Shipping

We ship all orders Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Once your order is shipped you should receive it within 3-5 business days. To make things easier on you, it is just a flat rate of $7.00 for your order. International Shipping rates start at $15.00 {feel free to contact me first if you have any questions about pricing}.

You will receive an updated email of your invoice once your order has been shipped so that you will know to expect it.  You will have a delivery confirmation number in the email and I follow up on all of my orders to be sure that they have been received.

Orders are typically shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase, based on availability and excluding holidays and weekends (while we may be working, the USPS may not be).  However, during the holiday season it may take a little longer for orders to be processed.

If you prefer us to ship your order out using an alternative shipping method, please feel free to contact us at orders@onafriday.net. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Tax

A 9.5% sales tax will be added to all order shipped to California addresses. There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of California.
